Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We require clear pictures of the issue for assessment. We will either provide a full refund or send a replacement for any mistakes on our part.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sweethottie.shop. The product must be in new, original condition, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners intact. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Underwear and Intimate Items
Please note that underwear and intimate items are not returnable or exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items
Products marked as "on sale" are considered final sale items and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Additionally, accessories such as eyelashes, makeup, masks, headbands, stockings, tattoos, and reflective clothing are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Return Process
To request a return, please email us at info@sweethottie.shop. Once your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for return shipping.
Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 weeks to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For international customers, original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.
Disagreements
Failure to adhere to our return/refund policy may result in the inability to process new orders.
