Order Processing Time
Orders placed by 12:00 AM will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or pandemics.
Pre-ordered or Back-ordered Items
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship any available items immediately and the remaining items as soon as they become available. You will receive separate notifications for each shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available after shipment.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@sweethottie.shop. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Sweet Hottie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
